Shower water pressure was low, the shower drain would not drain, could not use the pool due to it being out of order, the bathroom door would not latch or lock and our main door you had to push it in really hard in order for it to lock.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't get what I reserved, I asked for the rooms to be on the first floor and I requested a room that has a little living area. When I stayed that wasn't the room I requested, the front desk representative stayed that's what you reserved and we don't grant what you reserved thru the website. Also we want to use the swimming pool but it looks dirty and has a bad smell.

The staff was the best part. Great service.

The entrance is very difficult to find. It is through a Walmart parking lot and I had to wait while 18wheelers parked for the night to enter. The TV only worked on 1 channel. Decent stay but it did make me question the holiday inn Express brand.

It's dirty. Doors do not soft close so you hear slamming doors at all hours of the night. No OJ or water at breakfast at 630am. Rooms and hallways are very dirty.

The hallways and elevator didnt look promising, carpet coming up and not cleaned well. The location is odd and has no signs from the Walmart parking lot.

Shockingly poor quality for a "Holiday Inn Express" branded hotel. My room had numerous poor-quality repairs, stains on the tub, etc. It became clear very quickly that the owners don't care about the guest experience. Very disappointing overall.

The bathtub had hair in it, the outside door at the end of the building did not latch. The bed was just ok.
