Negatives: The faucet in bathtub in room 203 is broken. That one needs a replacement because it shower was the only one functioning. It was very stiff and cannot be moved.

Negatives: The only thing was that I could hear every word that room next to us was saying. We had someone come to our door because they were issued the same room. The door, you could see the outside on one side of it. It would have been nice to have a couple bottles of water as a complementary. The machine was broken in the lobby to purchase one.

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: It was hard to get to had to make a u turn to get to it. There was no coffee pot. My key was only programmed for one night but had reserved and paid for two nights had to go get room key reactivated to access room

Negatives: I spoke with the lady in the front desk and I told her that some items are missing such as napkins, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. I told her that I like the location of the hotel but it needs to be cleaned properly.

Negatives: They gave me a dirty room when I first checked in had to go back and get a different one. I had to wait 20 minutes outside because the clerk was not even in the lobby. When I checked out there was no one there to check out up here to me that they dont

Negatives: I checked in at 2am, a couple of hours later, I went to take a shower and hot water did not work. I called the front desk and was told that I should check out so someone else can rent the room and hang up in my face. Experience was absolutely horrible.

Negatives: Everything else! The place is poorly maintained. The rooms are filthy. The floor was sticky and dirty. I believe they dont clean the floor between guests. There were hair in the towels, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the fridge was off and full of mold. I asked to change rooms, but it was dirty as well. The lamps were not working, no remote control to watch tv, no trash can. The fridge of the new room was leaking water and after maintenance/cleaning fixed it, they left a cup with lipstick stain on the cupboard and it seems my soda level was down. The room was also smelly like someone smoked inside it. Being a cheap place is not an excuse for being dirty. I stayed in hostels way cheaper than this place and that were absolutely clean! Do not recommend!

Negatives: The microwave is broken. Light bulbs are missing. Poor sanitation. I feel sorry for them.
