Had to wait to get the room. Had to wait to get keys due to machine not working. Went to room with receptionist to let us in but her key wasn't working. Had to wait on her return to get in, then, she brought our keys. Waiting time about 30 minutes.

Upon arrival, they could not find our information. The linens in the room were dirty and stained. The room above us was extremely noisy and loud. I called the front desk many times & nothing changed. My family of 6 could not sleep for most of the night.

The hotel room was very dated, the only USB port was on the TV. There was a bubble in floor of the tub. The breakfast was not good.

It was dirty, still trash in our room from the previous stay. At breakfast we were given paper plates and plastic utensils. The pull out coach was broken and made an awful noise when you sat on it. The bathtub was still dirty…I cleaned it myself after I realized it was still dirty.

Positives:
Checkin was quick. Public spaces were nicely appointed and open and roomy. Amount of space in room was generous. Parking was close to entrance. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. AC worked great.
Negatives:
The frontdesk person was not particularly friendly or hospitable or welcoming. Ice machine not on every floor. You easily hear footsteps and noises through the ceiling. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser had about enough paper on the roll for 3-4 uses and there was no backup toilet paper in bathroom. Couch was creaky and felt very 'worn'. The two lamps in living area had stained, torn lampshades that were flimsily attached. Lamp by the desk needed a light bulb.
