Negatives: Nothing about this location says Hilton from the breakfast to the guest rooms. It gave motel. The room's condition really surprised me for almost $400 for one night, the headboards are peeling. there are stains on the ceiling and patched up areas that are painted over. Bring a charging block because there are no USB plug in's in the room. Do not have left overs either because the refrigerator is no where near cold. The pictures online do not reflect what is really going on at the property. The location was great. but there are other hotels and inns you can get across the street for more space, clean, updated the same breakfast and half the price. I thought the customer service lacked, no one was really super friendly or welcoming except the other guests. front desk was just there. the lady making the omelets at breakfast sunday was the nicest person we came across and because of her the breakfast was good! the breakfast attendant gave my husband a look because he didn't tip her. we weren't offered a service, asked if we needed anything or approached but for whatever reason she expected us to tip her and made sure we knew the breakfast was $17.50 even though we pre-paid. first and last time.

Negatives: The room is very outdated, the pool bar closed way before the pool did. The elevator shook up and down, the breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no pool bar tender, a hotel manager was working the bar and made me the worst Blue Hawaiian drink I’ve ever had.

Negatives: Our room hadn't been renovated yet, so it was okay and not great. Our toilet system ran a lot even after flushing. Maybe loose handle or malfunction.

Negatives: The makeup mirror was too high! The shower was poorly designed! Could not adjust the water temperature without getting wet!

Negatives: Renovation and they gave us an old room. A lot of people in our group stayed there and they had a renovated room.

Negatives: Ice machines are not all producing ice. There is no room service as suggested by staff.

Negatives: They had no Ice Machines on any of the room floors. It seems that they should not shut all down at the same time. The Roof top bar staff was not very welcoming when we arrived with about 14 people. They acted like all of the empty seats were reserved.

Negatives: I have stayed at this Hilton a few times. I know they are renovating, but if you are going to charge for a nice hotel room, it needs to be nice! I almost stepped on a spider getting out of the shower. The shower it had rust in the bottom and only about half of the shower head worked. Half of the drapes in the room were not attached to the rod. Just a very bad experience this time.

Negatives: We stayed on the 9th floor, the water pressure was awful & the water didn’t get very hot.

Negatives: No problems with the property. Some guest were smoking in non-smoking rooms which got into our room, but the staff did everything they could to try to identify the smoker
