Good breakfast. Coffee ready early. Beds comfortable. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
Being given a key to an occupied room. Worst La Quinta pillows ever. Out of waffle mix. Stained towels. Dirty floors in lobby and elevator. Grounds overrun with weeds.

Not a quality La Quinta stay.
Positives:
The front office lady was polite and quiet which I appreciated because I don't like unnecessary small talk. The facility was clean and our room was clean. Housekeeping does a good job.
Negatives:
The beds were way too hard and the pillows were practically non existent, you would've been better off rolling a blanket and used that as a pillow. The blankets were so thin, they were practically sheets. My husband and I came home with stiff necks from how uncomfortable the beds and pillows were.

Pool was cold, hot tub was out of order. Room had jelly beans on the floor and when we asked for them to clean it they told us we could come pick up a vacuum from the front desk.

The beds were not comfortable at all. I had to go to the office daily for towels and tissue paper, because housekeeping only services rooms every 3 days, and I was there for 3 days..

Staff always had to rang for. Our room was not cleaned while we were there. The bathroom was understocked and missing the drain plug for tub. They allowed non guests to sneak in the back door to use the pool facilities during guest hours. All doors were locked at night making it impossible to come and go, as the key card wouldn't work.
