Front desk had to be buzzed to come to the counter at 3pm when that is their designated check in time. Not a single greeting or smile. Acted like she could care less if she had a customer. I thought I had paid online but she asked for payment so I handed her my card. She then told me there was a $250 Incidental charge that was not disclosed online. I could see if this was some fancy place but it wasn't. Lobby looks old and outdated. Room looked newer due to vinyl plank floors but the shower had rust so looks like they didn't upgrade there. Also I found the coffee maker in the bathroom which is disgusting. Everyone uses the bathroom to defecate and that dispels stool bacteria in the air. I could not bring myself to use that. Gross!
Hallways smelled of dirty carpet and vending machine did not work.

The staff are very helpful and kept up with the breakfast bar making sure that the coffee pot full, they are friendly. We have stayed at this hotel before and we have always had a good experience.

King size bed is too soft. Couldn’t sleep well. Always feel like your sinking toward the middle of the bed.
