Room was clean when we arrived but room service was non-existent
Negatives:
If you're going to get a hotel on the island do not get this one. It is probably in the most depressing location. Room service did not restock towels or clean once which is kind of annoying as sand gets everywhere when you go to the beach.

The breakfast was about the only good thing here!
Negatives:
The beds were hard rooms were not cleaned properly. The heater did not work all though they offered a space heater. There is only one entryway to the hotel. While we were there someone missed the entrance and ended up in a ditch. Very poor lighting to find entranceway. People are noisy and loud stomping all hours of the night. Police were seen 2 times on property while we stayed for our 5 days

Location was amazing , had a view of the bay ! Breakfast was decent and hot ! Staff was very accommodating

The room was very outdated , the lighting was horrible . Paint was sloppy and hair dryer coming out of the wall . The front door definitely needed painted. The window was dirty and curtains broken .
