Staff were nice and helpful when we needed to change rooms due to the smell.
Negatives:
The first rooms we were given were very smelly (cigarette smoke, very strong cleaner, etc). All the doors to the rooms were open, so presumably this was a common problem. We moved to cleaner rooms but still not great. Air conditioners smelled funny (moldy).

Some dead cockroaches and one living cockroache found in the hotel room. Cleaning staff did some extra mobbing on our request. Day after again a cockroach in our room. That does not give confidence.
