Positives:
The hotel met our expectations, and Cypress is a nice safe neighbourhood to stay in. The parking lot was spaceous and the hotel was easy to find. The rooms were nice and clean and had the amenities expected. It had a lot of restaurants close by that you could walk to, and a Bucees almost next door, so everything is available when that snack-craving time comes around.
Negatives:
I wish our room had had a bath tub and the TV channels were a bit lackluster but these small nitpicky things really should tell you the hotel was quite nice.

The room temperature was fine till two hours before checking out. The a/c cut off and the room temp was very hot. Also a man opened the door said he was front desk and asked if we needed anything. Not to comfortable with that.

I got the room 214 wich is right next to the elevator is was so bad it was soo noisy all day and night people coming out kids running plus the guess next to us where so anointing very noisy until past mindnigth.
