Very convenient for a short trip arriving/departing by car (free parking), comfortable room in a converted warehouse building, hip design details and an awesome rooftop bar with skyline view and heated pool.
Negatives:
I never could figure out the TV's chromecast feature, would have preferred some easier AV connections and a bluetooth stereo in the room. Could have used another table and chair in the room as well.

Not much everything was bad to be honest. Maybe the one thing I like that the room has a bed.
Negatives:
My experience was terrible to say the least. From the reception who wasnt very informative or friendly to the room which was dirty and very ugly to the breakfast eggs which tasted like it was made a week ago with some pre made ingredients. I couldnt even wait for my check out time to leave and had to move to a different hotel.

Parking situation was not satisfactory- sharing parking spaces with restaurants, no introductory of the room and its functions, card key trouble, trouble with apps connection on tv, the huge pillars in front of the elevators, and very rude particular hotel desk clerk; loud noises on the street from 2-4 am, and the clacking from the ceiling above hearing the endless clacking.
And the fact I will not get credit for not staying one more night.
