I thought the staff were friendly and insightful. My room was big and clean with little to no messes to mention. I love that my room came with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Negatives:
My only gripe is that the tv is too close to the wall which made it hard for me to plug my hdmi cable in the back. Anyone with bulky hands would have difficulties getting an hdmi plugged in. If the tv’s could allow for more hand wiggle room or if a hdmi splitter can be used in every room, then there would not be anymore gripes from me.

Loved the bathroom. There was plenty of space in the room and quiet. We brought our dog and was able to play with her without disturbing anyone else

The restaurant staff wasn't very helpful. Myself and my wife went on 2 separate occassIons (each alone) and couldn't get help so we didn't place an order either time.

Downtown location meant it was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to go. Valet parking was very easy.
Negatives:
Check-in took >30 minutes because there was nobody manning the check-in desk, despite it being immediately after the time people were allowed to check in. Bed was horribly stiff. Window in the room opened to the interior space in the hotel, meaning other visitors could easily view the inside of our room. We desperately needed someone from facilities engineering to help with a problem and were told we were third or fourth in line for their visit. We needed to leave the hotel for a wedding within 30 minutes at that point, so engineering didn't show up in time. Absolutely horrible service for the cost of the room. I've been better treated and accommodated in hotels costing 1/3 of the price.
