Our suite was super spacious and extremely clean. Staff was so friendly and helped us with our every need. The location was minutes from everywhere we were going. Privacy was a huge plus.

I liked the design of the building and the elevator being half glass was a nice touch. The breakfast was satisfactory, nothing amazing but definitely good for the few days we stayed. The staff were all very pleasant and hospitable. Facilities were clean, the pool was nice and heated.

I did not enjoy being nickel and dimed for everything. WiFi has a free option but it’s trash. Parking is a daily rate, plus you get charged for “incidentals” which I was never fully explained what that was. The inside of the room was very 2000’s. Out of date and small and a bit cramped. I am not the tallest man at 5 feet 9 inches but I felt a touch claustrophobic inside the bathroom. The tub was dirty from day one, the sofa pullout bed had crumbs in it and the mattress is probably original from the day it was installed. The whole building needs a refresh to modernize. It looks like a slice out of time, time capsule in essence.

The main areas for breakfast and lounging were freezing cold. But it was also the coldest weekend of the year, so I can imagine it was probably hard to heat that large atrium.
