Location is excellent for arrival and departure as well as walking to American Airlines Arena. Every member of the hotel staff were outgoing, friendly, and very helpful!

Great location in downtown Dallas. Rooms nice as comfortable as you'd expect from the Fairmont.
Negatives:
The overall experience was subpar. Breakfast took 40 min to come and was not tasty at all. Fitness center is on the basement, has very low ceilings and lacks sunlight. Staff restocked only decaf capsules. Nothing really bad, but not what you expect from a hotel that makes loftier promises.

The location is great, the front desk staff was extremely nice and welcoming, clean room. They were able to provide me with an upper-floor room as requested.
Negatives:
No free wi-fi, you have to select from two wi-fi payment options when you connect to their network. I ended up using my mobile data plan instead.
The security safe didn't work as well.
