The room was spacious, generally clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to check in earlier which was great.

I was charged a 100 $ damage deposit even though we were staying just for 1 night and they already had my card authorization. The refund is not given at check out but days later. .

No hot water the sink was cracked and had a hole in it. The bathtub was peeling carpet was stained.

Great pillows. Looking forward to updated rooms. The TV remote was very difficult to use.

Reservation said breakfast was included but I was told my reservation did not include breakfast when I went to the restaurant for breakfast.

The location was great for visiting the Dallas Market Center. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The hotel is a little old feeling inside. The room had a smell and the carpet was stained. The bathtub water also turned on the shower so it wasnt great for baths. I did see a sign that said something about renovations coming so hopefully that helps. If they renovate it the location and staff are great.
