Positives:
To say that to hotel was dirty would be an understatement. We found hair on the wall, a roach in the chandelier, and the ac did not work. This is just the start. I left 2 days in once we found the roach. I have pictures of all of this as well.
Negatives:
I have pictures of bugs, hair thats not mine, peeling carpet, and the broken ac. The hotel could not accommodate us since they were booked out for the solar eclipse that happened over the weekend. We got a different hotel and had to pay 2 times more.

The idea of being able to use the pool and hot tub which didnt materialize because they were out of order most of the time. And when open, hot tub wasnt hot.
Negatives:
This hotel should be closed immediately and renovated completely to be acceptable for the Hilton brand. Rooms have rips in the couch, carpet, blood stains all over the place, holes on sheets, mold on restrooms. Pets poop and pee. Dont stay here!

What I liked was the staff, breakfast, coffee, fitness center, spaciousness of the room, air conditioning, water pressure, refrigerator w/icemaker, and the comfort of the pillows and bed. I enjoyed my stay here so much I stayed for over a month.
Negatives:
The hotel is due for an overhaul and restoration. It could use some renovations, with the staff that is here this could be a great hotel. Be aware this is an urban environment, not as bad as Seattle, but you need to be aware of your surroundings.

Cost, excellent breakfast, wonderful staff, coffee always available, pet friendly, AC works great, good water pressure, refrigerator in room provides plenty of ice, indoor swimming pool, fitness center was usable, internet is fast, and I like it here.

The location is a little urban and the hotel has been here awhile.

The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The front doors were shaky when opening, the AC in the lobby didnt work, stains on the lobby carpets, the hot tub was broken, the hotel had an old smell of cigarettes and mold. My room had torn couch cushions, the carpet was stained, it smelled musky. The elevator had duct tape holding the buttons together, the wall paper was coming off on all floors, there were stains on the only elevator in the hotel flooring. The doors to the outer limit doors where not shutting so theres a safety issue. The staff during the day were rude and also, every time I came into the lobby they were acting to be working and they were all just chatting and sitting around. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.
