Negatives: Theyve been doing renovations for months, however no work is actually being done. Elevator has been broken for more than 7 months at least according to reviews. They were unwilling to work with me when my daughters surgery was rescheduled.

Positives: We have stayed at this location two times before. The second time they were renovating all the rooms and one out of two elevators was out of service. On those stays in the old style rooms everything was fine for the level of service you are buying. The staff on those stays was fine.
Negatives: We chose this location again as it is less than 10 minutes from where we needed to be for our stay while we take care of a family estate. We arrived after dark and there are no lights or lighted Hyatt sign at the front of the Hotel. We go in to check-in and find that both elevators are out of service. They are remodeling the first and second floors so every guest gets to take their bags up themselves via the escape stairs to their rooms. We received 4th floor rooms. The front desk clerk said we will have the elevator fixed tomorrow and the part is coming. Both elevators were out of service the entire time. We had two rooms, both we remodeled. Interior was fine until you try to get into the bathroom and your two options to close the door are to straddle both sides of the toilet and close the door behind you or back up against the glass shower doors to get enough room to close the door. That was some very poor engineering/architecture for the bathroom. There is a mini-mini fridge in the room, a coffee maker, a nice TV and NO MICROWAVE. My daughters room on the second morning was having trouble with the electronic door lock on here door and you could open it from the outside without a card, so she moved her items down to our room and reported the issue to the front desk. When we got back that night, we asked the desk clerk if the door had been fixed and he contacted the on-duty manager and was told the door was fixed. When we got up to the room she tested her door several times and found she could still open it without a card. I called the front desk, told them the issue was not resolved. I had to suggest that he provider her with another room. He did get her a room on the same floor and and did come up to give her a new card key and offered to help mover her items to the new room and make sure the door was in working order.

Negatives: When we arrived we were informed that the elevators were down. Our room was on the 5th floor. There were no rooms on a lower floor available. I feel some sort of compensation should have been offered.

Positives: The property and room were clean. The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful.
Negatives: Well, when I think of the Hyatt brand itself, this hotel isnt what I envisioned. The facilities were clean, but it doesnt rise to the level of traditional Hyatt hotel. Also, I wanted my room cleaned and removed the door hanger, no one knocked or attempted to clean my room. I compiled my trash and left it outside near the trash can in the hall. Maybe, I misunderstood the purpose of removing the door hanger. Lastly, they need new windows to block out the outside traffic noise. It was extremely loud and hard to sleep.

Positives: The room size was ok. Bathroom was extremely small and odd it did not have a microwave.
Negatives: The staff especially Kendra and Adrian were extremely rude. Upon checking in Andrian did not greet us, and wore his pants below his buttocks. Highly inappropriate. Additionally, we needed an extra night as the reservation was incorrect and we were told by Adrian he would add another night. We found out, the day before we left, he did NO such thing. I had to go physically down to the front desk per the request of the manager Kendra. She did not care that her employee did not do his job, she herself was rude and raised her voice at me! It was awful! And there was a pile of saw dust left in our room when we returned one day???
