The hotel had a LGBTQ convention. The men were half naked everywhere and consumed the entire hotel lobby every night, noisy and all encompassing. It was so distracting and unappealing. The manager should have contained these convention guess so that they did not literally take over the entire hotel. Or at least warn other guess so that other guess had the choice to stay elsewhere if these guess were their priority. It made the stay very unpleasant.

The staff was very friendly and inviting. At one point we misplaced my phone and they went above and beyond to help. The hotel was very clean and up to date. Good central location.
Positives:
The property has a nice location, closer to interesting sites like Reunion Tower, ...
Negatives:
The hotel needs to improve small but impacting things in the customers: bottles of water in the rooms, ...they charged us two days of breakfast when these benefits were included in the package. 52 usd for valet parking is insane.

Hearing the train all night due to location, but they did provide earplugs. Slept much better the second night using the ear plugs.
