Negatives: The hotel smells like dogs and they are in every other room. The elevator didnt work on 1st floor, had to walk to 2nd floor and catch elevator to 4th floor. The door readers on the rooms werent working.

Positives: The staff were friendly and accommodating. They do their best to resolve issues.
Negatives: The hotel is supposed to be non smoking, but there are guests who smoke and it will get in your room. If you cannot tolerate smokers due to health or other reasons this is not the hotel for you. The walls are thin so you will hear other guests at night

Negatives: We had no hot water in our room! Called front desk , he came in turned the water on and set it all the way on hot, and said let it run for a bit. We let it run for 45 minutes. Still no hot water and never heard from the gentleman! Unable to take a bath!

Negatives: While the location is good, the room is so noisy and doesn't look clean. Dim lighting. Rude staff who gives as least help as possible. Worst experience ever.
