Positives:
The location was great - the staff were great - the bed was comfortable - the room was spotlessly clean - all the amenities were nice. ALMOST a perfect stay at a wonderful hotel.
Negatives:
My only complaints (and I understand these are 1st world problems) are:
1) A lack of outlets to charge devices - especially no outlets or charging stations on the nightstands
2) Complimentary tea and coffee in the early morning would be nice for those of us that are early risers. The coffee shop is excellent but a bit costly. BTW the gentleman who mans the coffee shop in the morning is a gem.

I had an amazing stay. I was gunna share a bed with the kiddos to save money but they upgraded me to 2 beds upon arrival at no additional charge. It was beyond what I expected, very beautiful and clean in the inside. Great friendly staff. Great location close to everything. Will definitely stay again when I return to Dallas.

High standard hotel, clean, close to railway station.
Negatives:

Upon arrival, it was not clearly specified by the valet guy that we could park for free. Only at the desk we realized that, and fortunately we were able to stop the valet before he took the car.
2.
I would recommend that the when instructing how to park in the free parking lot, desk would explain that you should drive very close to the barrier, so that the camera can capture the rear license plate. We had some difficulties with it.

It would have been nice if the hotel offered breakfast.
4.
The air condition unit is in the window. Since the hotel is near a highway, there was a white noise coming out of the air conditioning unit, even when it was not working. It was not too bad, because the ear quickly adapts, and it is just like the air-condition is working, nothing more. However, I think a central air-condition system would have been better in this case.
