Negatives: I didn't get towels the entire time.

Negatives: I had better expectation of the bed. It was not comfortable at all. I expected better considering I was informed this was a 4-Star Hotel. The trend of paying when I park my own car is absurd. I know this is something lots of hotels are doing but I surely don't like it.

Negatives: Molded ceilings covered by paint, extremely dusty and carpet and curtains that were dirty, bad for my asthma. There were no clean towels. When we got there there was urine on the toilet. The bed was lumpy and the comforter was old and scratchy. No one answered our phone call when we were looking for service until 7 am the next morning.

Negatives: Dirty and everything malfunctions dirty my bathroom dirty shower would not drain and heater would not work had to call engineer on duty twice to come fix my room the worker was so embarrassed had no idea what to say to us this is the second Time this happened my last stay I decided not to complaint because it was the first time but now twice in a row it cannot be a coincidence that I get the dirty room where nothing seems to work properly this cannot be unacceptable this is not a cheap hotel

Negatives: They literally do not care. Awful service from front desk to housekeeping. When we checked in, no one told our family that the room type we had paid extra for was not available. They just sent us to a room with one bed in it. No refund offered. No explanation. The next day they moved us to our correct room, but the bathroom counter still had makeup on it. When housekeeping came the following day to clean, they replaced the coffee pods (but with all decaf ones!) but didn't do anything else to clean the room. Didn't empty trash, make beds, nothing. Come on. Not even trying. I had to talk to three different supervisors on three different occasions to get a partial refund. Apparently they have brought in a consultant from Marriott because things are so bad.

Negatives: Old building and not very clean

Negatives: I didn’t like that overnight parking is $21 a night. I didn’t like if you didn’t have the do not disturb on the door the cleaning crew would come in the next morning and take your trash out and make your bed * which is no problem , but I had important personally belongs out when I left the room * Just wish I knew sooner when checking in , so I could have my belongings put away . The pool was well below freezing. I couldn’t enjoy myself in the pool because it was just too freezing. Even on days it was 86 degrees. The pool was freezing.
