The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The electronic lock on one of our rooms had a problem, but the woman from the desk came up immediately to replace the battery. Room amenities were above average for a motel in this price range.

Room was fine. Could have used a coffee pot & coffee, but I understand why motels don't. Nice that some finger food & coffee was available during most hours. Owner & employees are super nice! Room was pretty quiet considering the proximity to a main street.
Negatives:
The breakfast was extremely minimal, and frankly, the coffee was so bad, both myself & my partner poured it down the drain. Could use another chair or two around the pool.

Positives:
This place may look sketchy on the outside, but it is one of the best places I've ever stayed. This is due to well kept rooms but also to the owner and his family. It was more like coming home than staying in a motel.

A big, quiet room with a wonderful big bed and flat.screen TV. A streaming service offered excellent movies in addition to the normal channels. And the staff was extremely helpful. I had a problem with a warning message in my rental car - and a member of staff gave VERY useful hints about how to get the problem solved. And it was then fully solved.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Great value for a decent motel. We could park right in front of our room. Parking is mostly out of sight from the street so the room didn’t have street noise either.
Negatives:
The bathroom shower was a combination glass shower door and curtain, just kind of odd. Some parts of the hotel seem like they have been renovated, but other parts are well-loved (like the shower door combo). The patterned bedspread worked like camouflage to hide little bits (the patchwork carpet wasn’t much better) - prefer hotels that don’t use bedspreads that look like they may or may not be laundered on a regular basis.
