The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pool was not open yet, even though the high for the day was already 80 degrees for over 2weeeks. The towels were rough and made me feel unclean after my shower. I had booked an executive suite and only one of the televisions in the room worked.

The room was large, cozy, and clean, =the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and filling. When I requested extra towels while I was out, they even put my knitting on the bed as a bed blanket.

First check in had given our room to someone else. $100 incidental fee, 4 days later still not reimbursed. Room somewhat clean and A/C unit was cut and rewired with exposing wires. A/C unit not working great and thin walls. Luke warm water for shower.

Our room had a running faucet that would not shut off and the toilet was clogged. The front desk did not offer us another room and gave my husband a plunger for the toilet. We spent less than 8 hours and checked out for the drive home.
