Room was smelly no phone service no cleaning service had to ask for clean towels every day for it to have a stove no utensils to use also website says they have cots for extra beds they said no they don't do that NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE‼️

Positives:
I wiped down everything with disinfectant wipes and everything was either full of dirt or grime. The backboards, tables, countertops, outlets, were filthy. The kitchen was covered in some type of food debris and the hood had no filter, it was full of rust, fan blades were missing and there was no hood filter. I did not want to use the stove because of the condition and uncleanliness. Previous party’s toilet paper roll was still in roll dispenser. Refrigerator was hard to open because it was placed in a square hole in Sheetrock and it did not fit. The microwave was also placed in a square hole in the wall where layers of dirt would over the top of the microwave. Also staff opened door for us because door key card did not function properly had to be inserted and swiped many ties before it randomly unlock and release. Because of this, one of us had to always be in the room so we wouldn’t get locked out if we went out late. We had to quickly close the door due to alarming number of flies by trash cans at bottom of stairwells overflowing with garbage.
Negatives:
The room was not not cleaned properly. Trash containers were overflowing with trash at bottom of stairs causing a huge fly problem. Also mini fridge freezer did not work and I had to throw out ice cream sandwiches and pints. Canned sodas took all day to get cold. The next day I bought the ice cream that melted in it.

Positives:
Didn't sleep at all.We complain about it twice. Clerk spoke to them about the noise. We asked to be moved .Clerk said l will call them.All night the noise continued. Complain when checking out ..Different Clerk apologized. That for us was not enough
We will never book Again.During our travels. THANK YOU
