Nothing, actually.. the parking to far, to many uneven surface, that my partner fell on the ground due to a sink hole close the parking area. Plus all night long there was bagging on the wall next the bathroom and upstairs room,

Staff made no offer to accomadte elderies on 1st floor. NO ELEVATOR, room had holes in wall, no plug for tub, no wifi code given nor made aware of breakfast offer. Difficult entry into premises.

The pool looked okay

Well the furniture was dirty , it had soda stains that was never cleaned and I found hair stuck to the wall in front of the toilet. I found a spot of blood on the green cover sheets and the smoke detector was pulled out of the wall and the door didn’t close properly which I had a very bad feeling about.. I didn’t even stay the night. It was just scary all around.
