Room was great except the curtains were thin allowed in quite a bit of outside light and quite a bit of noise could be heard due to the windows. But not too bad.

The beds were super comfortable and Juan at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was so bright because there were no curtains. And the airport shuttle wasn't available for some reason.

Amazing comfortable beds
Positives:
The day manager and staff were amazing! It was also nice to have an actual hot breakfast with multiple choices to choose from. Also the insulation that helped soundproof the rooms was excellent. Did not hear anything from other people in a full hotel!
Negatives:
We had our two small pets and one will not go on artificial turf and the area was extremely small. So I had to walk her away from our hotel to find a little amount of grass for her to potty on. I did take a plastic bag to scoop up what she laid down!
