The first room they gave was horrible. The bathroom lights did not work and the deadbolt was not working. Major safety issue for a family. Also the swimming pool was closed and we had to walk across the Quality Inn to swim, which we did not even get to do because the pool was being cleaned and had chemicals added. So their pool was also closed.

We had to call maintenance cause some light fixtures weren't working cause the bulbs needed changing. I believe when the room was serviced all electric appliances need to be checked including the tv.
