Positives:
I came in off the road very tired and needed a place to stay. The front desk clerk was awesome and very accommodating. I won't say the place was right off the main road, but it was easy to find with the GPS. There was a sign in the room letting me know they were going through renovations and some amenities weren't available and that was so nice so I knew right away there wasn't going to be some things, so my expectations weren't high. I was also really tired so I didn't mind when I turned on the TV and there was no channels. I went right to sleep and had no issues falling right asleep and slept like a baby. I think the warm welcome and great conversation with the front desk clerk made my stay feel like home. It's always the customer service and great people that make a place of a weary traveler feel so much better.
Negatives:
There were signs that the hotel was under renovations so I can't complain about anything. There was no issues that weren't already pointed out by the signs and management. I think they were very effective making people aware that things were being taken care of.

The pictures of the room that we saw were completely different from the room itself. The pictures showed a living area separate from the bedroom with a doorway between. The room we got had a couch right next to the bed with no doorway or any kind of divider berween.. We tried to go swimming but were eaten alive by mosquitoes within the first minute of being in the pool room.
