Negatives: The elevators are SUPER slow and only 2 of them worked.

Negatives: Pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Bar was not open immediately when eclipse ended at 1:45 pm (not open until 4 pm). Netflix didn't work. Service worker never showed up to fix Netflix. No tissues in bathroom. Phones did not work - had to call '0' for everything. No in-dining menu to look at. No in-dining service on Sunday.

Negatives: Good location if you have a layover, but no "neighborhood" restaurants, etc. if you want to stay for longer

Negatives: A bit outdated, but made up for with price.

Negatives: Bathroom tub was very slow draining. Bathroom in general was on the small side and though had some modern amenities, could use an update.

Negatives: We booked this hotel as I called before to make sure they had stairs I could use to get to our room. They said yes. The reason is I have a fear of tight spaces and can’t do elevators. So when we got there they told us they have stairs but they lock them and we can’t use them. I told them we can’t stay there then. They said they would refund us for our stay. We never got a refund.

Negatives: I have a fear of elevators. So I called before to make sure they had stairs to use. They confirmed yes. When we went to check in they said no they did not have stairs for us to use and that they keep them locked. They would make no accommodations for my request of my special need. We then were told as I told them we can’t stay here that they would refund us. We have had no refund. Awful place and awful customer service.

Negatives: Let me start off by saying that none of the things below should be deal breakers. They are super small things that I experienced. I would book again if I need a hotel in the area. The bed is really soft! So it you need a firm bed, just be prepared. I slept ok, not fanatic, but it did the job. I did wake up sore. The furniture I feel is older and not super comfy. The last thing i experienced was a weird smell in the room. I'm not sure if it's the cleaner they used, but it wasn't the best. I didn't ask for a new room. The worst smell was on the last day. It smelled like the sewer had backed up. Mention the last part to management when I checked out, and they said they would look into it. There was some maintenance on the water pipes during my visit and I am sure that was it.

Negatives: There was a bit of miscommunication when booking about extra expenses like the layablity which was not told before coming to the hotel. Also, I always check my rooms and there was a stain on the bedding so luckily got moved to a room with the room clean.
