Positives: We could easily come and go from our former home.

Negatives: It was a bit pricey for Floresville, but it was Peanut weekend. So they raised the prices a bit.

Positives: Very polite office personnel. Enough parking and lighting.

Negatives: The sofa bed smelled like strong urine. The carpet felt wet and smelled. Very humid with the air-condition on any temperature. Alot of light coming from under the door and had to put a towel to stop the light and heat from coming in.

Negatives: Toilet overflowed and was given a plunger to fix it myself, so when I couldnt, staff finally came. Tub was also clogged with hair that we pulled out ourselves. Crumbs and trash inside sofa bed.
