Positives:
The valet parking worked great. There is a tall lady with short hair (don't know her name). She is probably one of you best employees.
Negatives:
The WXYZ Bar: Bad food, bad drinks, and the waitress was worse. There was no one there when we walked in. My wife and I ordered drinks. Other people came in to by drinks at the bar. We did not get waited on for 20 min. I would not go back to this facility of your establishment. Check out day: I don't like the maid taping on the door at 8:15 to make up the room. She came back every 20 min.

Negatives:
Parking is a bit of an issue but they have valet parking and there is a paid public parking across the street. Worked well for me. Couldn't find anything else that I didn't like.

The shower and going home you cant turn the TV up too small fridge was not cool it takes 10min for the water to get hot no trash liners? you have a menu that needed updating didnt have what i ask for? you charge $33 a day Valet your requesting customers to tip them and they act like they dont want to go get your car then ask are you going anywhere else we left in our car 3 times We walked the rest of the time!!! seemed like a hassel i will never go back too Aloft i felt like i was on a military base!!!!!
