The room was smaller than expected. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The front counter lady was not friendly or helpful at all. The toilet was not attached to the floor and would move when sat on. The sofa bed sucked.

Negatives:
I made this reservation last November and stated that two adults and two children were coming. The room I selected indicated that it could accommodate 4 guests. I arrived to my room and I was greeted with only one King bed and no sofa bed or rollaway bed. I talked to the front desk and there were no other rooms or rollaway beds available and insisted that I had chosen a room with 1 king bed. Well, I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first one that did not provide options for accommodating the total number of guests the room advertised. My daughters had to sleep on the floor. I am very disappointed and frustrated about this unmemorable experience. I deserve a refund.
