Asked for clean towels after 1sr night. Was told the maid would come. Never did. Asked the next day & was told I was put on the waiting list. Waited...no one came. Went to front office & was told to find the maid. Found maid whom told me to go to the office, whom said I was on the waiting list. No towels nor maid service was ever given. Had to find maid for soap, toilet paper, but no towels whatsoever.

The beds were stained nasty didnt have towels in my room no toilet paper when I asked for clean sheets on my second day I didnt get nothing until I called again and received them at 8pm it smelled like pee in my room just dirty

no toilet paper.. the charge was 79.10 and on giving the person the credit card number over the phone he would NOT take the card or the reservation! he insisted on cash and after reviewing the cash, my friend realized he had given the front desk person $100 instead of $80 and the front desk attendant just kept the extra!

the neighborhood was very tangy feeling and the property did not provide the basic amenities like toilet paper! they would not accept the reservation even though it was documented with the credit card and he is dusted on cash then pocketed 20 dollars!!
