The area was not bad, the distance between the hotel and to our celebration location and the fact that other family was staying there was about the only thing that kept us there. They seriously need to consider remodeling. A complete make-over will help.
Negatives:
Being that this was a non-smoking hotel, the room reeked of smoke. Luckily I had brought my room spray. Also the room was not as clean as it should have been(hair all over). One of the elevator was not working. During breakfast, the Bagels were molded.

No working bathrooms in lobby, both elevators werent working and had to use stairs and saw multiple wheelchair bound people having to navigate the stairs due to this.

This facility now charges $100 deposit. I've had clothes stolen there and my car hit in the parking lot and they didn't care, so I don't see how they can justify this deposit. Eggs terrible. Waffles good.

I had a long car trip and when I finally arrived at the hotel they couldn't find my reservation and that moment was very uncomfortable since I had all the information for my reservation, after about 15 minutes waiting, magically they found me!!!

Rooms were clean and the staff was professional and courteous. Loved the spa! I am handicapped and all the ammenities were great...the parking was close by and I had requested a ground floor room for ease of access and the staff took care of me. I will stay there again when the time comes. Thank you for a pleasurable and drama free stay.
