Booking.com indicated the property was "pet friendly" - DID NOT indicate any associated fee. Property charged an exorbitant $75! Property manager blamed it on Booking.com, but I believe it's incumbent on the property owner to post accurate fees. My check-in was late evening and I did not want to move to another location.

We did not eat not sure it was included. The
night Clerk was a very nice young man and
thought since we did not get there until after midnight that the Manager would probably refund the pet fee of $150 for my 10 lb dog who wasn’t there long enough to that fee what a rip and she was super rude when I asked her if she could refund part or all the fee. I booked a 2 queen bed room and got one double bed and my Sister and I had to share pretty small for 2 people
