It was dirty, all of the faucets leaked and the room was small for a suite.

Checking in on 3/2 for 3 night checking out on 3/5. On march 4 we had to leave the hotel from 10:00 am -5 pm because there was no water. We actually did not have hot water until 7 pm. This as a huge inconvenience.staff did not care. It was a planned out

The first day we arrived the elevators were not working. When we made it to our room, the cable and internet was our. The kids were not happy.. Then when we were getting ready to take a shower and the electricity went out, no air was circulating and had to shower in the dark. THEN, around 1:30 a.m. the fire alarm went off... that was the icing on the cake. We were exhausted and had to walk back up stairs. We departed a day early, our fun meter was pegged.

Hotel is at a good location, near a mall Breakfast was good with live counter Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.
Negatives:
The room was not cleaned when I first went in- probably an honest mistake.. There was a construction scheduled in the middle of the night- although we were informed beforehand - it truly disturbed our sleep and the jet lag made it worse. I wish they somehow scheduled it in the day time when there are fewer occupants. Hair dryer was not working. Staff can do better at cleanliness outside the rooms.
