For the purpose of our trip, the location was great. Front desk staff was great the night we checked in 4/7/24.
Negatives:
Our room was filthy. All of the furniture in the room needed a good wipe down. Luckily I always have Clorox wipes, so I had to wipe down all of the surfaces myself before setting anything down. The door and lock need to be replaced as the security of it did not work at all. The bathroom was disgusting. The walls and doorway were covered in who knows what. The crack on the floor could definitely be fixed. The toilet was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom shelves were not wiped down. The shower is in need of a good scrubbing. It looked as though the only things cleaned or changed were the towels and toiletries. I am very disappointed in the accommodations, as it does not match the high cost.

The location was a little hard to find and there were problems due to construction. AC/heater was confusing, had to run the AC because it got too hot in heat mode. It was 35 degrees outside and I had on the AC to hold 72 deg., go figure.

Staff was great. From front desk to maintenance and housekeeping. Very friendly and helpful. Great location. Felt safe.
Negatives:
The only thing that needed attention was the sheets on the bed. They were showing wear and had pills on them. Almost felt like sand in the bed. If I had told the front desk they would have changed them but I never thought about until I was going to bed.

Very nice staff, the rooms were pretty clean and very quiet. Pet friendly and close to a few restaurants. Parking lot was well lit and secure.

The rooms couldve been a little bit cleaner, and the coffee in the lobby was very bitter.
