There was some bad unpleasant smell close to the room given to us. It was agreed by receptionist and responded to us saying they will look into it. This made our stay inconvenient at the hotel.

Easy in and out. Was in town for business.

Stayed in same room a few weeks ago. The shower floor was cracked and my toddler cut herself on it. I was called and assured the problem was fixed. We had another catering to do for city council and wanted to give another chance. I was lied to still broke

Bathroom floor was dirty, room smelled musty. The bottom of the tub was very slippery. I recommend putting a grab bar or non slip pads in tub.

well the shower was not throwing enough water the toilet got clogged

I called at 11pm to tell the staff that I would be late. They were fine with me arriving late and were very nice overall. The room was cool and clean and the bed was very comfortable (room #119).

Nothing I disliked about the hotel; it is a small town, but this hotel is central to the town. The juice machine and biscuits for breakfast were not great, but the other items were fine. I didn't try the coffee or the waffle maker.
