I called to speak to you about the sewer smell in the two rooms I booked. I told you we were unable to brush our teeth or shower, even stay in the room because of the horrible smell. Sewer is unsafe and a real issues.You told me you would have maintenance look at it, that no one had complained. I told you I wanted to discuss getting a refund. You told me to contact Booking.com. I did contact Booking.com with my complaint. I also reviewed your reviews, there was a complaint in 2018 about the smell. Also June and November 2022. Therefore you are aware about the sewer problem at your facility. I posted a review. I will also be calling The City Of Glen Rose and contacting the Better Business Bureau with this complaint.

The motel was under remodeling. We were one of two families on Monday night so no breakfast Tuesday morning. But overall the motel was good.
