Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Was a late check in, Scott even gave me a courtesy call to check my ETA. Room was super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortably. Unfortunately the stay at the hotel in Albuquerque airport was terrible and ai will not be returning to Comfort.

Spacious rooms, always clean, cozy, quiet. Night staff was awesome, as well as the woman working the breakfast bar.

Morning desk staff did not greet us or even address when checking out. Made zero eye contact even when I spoke to her.

The breakfast was great, it had several options to chose from to eat.
Negatives:
The door to the room had gaps on the side , like the door wasn't shut all the way but, it was and it let light in the room from the hall. The mattress on the bed, when you sat on it to get in and out of bed made a loud creak sound it didn't matter what side you were on. It was annoying.

Shower bar trim was loose. Towel had blood on it. Spider webs hanging in corners of room and In the hallways. Over priced run down hotel. Needs painting done room smelled mold and musty. Will not stay there again. I didn't waste my time taking pictures. To much wrong

Positives:
The staff we helpful and very nice. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with the usual options.
Negatives:
There was a strong smell in the room. Though not an unpleasant smell it was very strong. The breakfast ended at 9am as it was a weekday. This seems to be somewhat standard for hotels but it would be better if it were later. Also did not like that instead of little bottles of shampoo and soap there were bottle dispensers attached to the wall and no hand soap at all.
