Negatives: room had peculiar odor, room service is not provided every day, soap, shampoo was provided only once during an 8 day stay

Negatives: I have stayed many times in this place and expected better as for me I will Never stay in this place again they have No consideration or heart for the hurt. My sister in law passed away her kids were not able to buried her I ask for credit an they say No

Negatives: I have no complaints. It was a comfortable stay.

Negatives: It was our first time staying in a suite and we were really disappointed with it. Roku cable was a huge let down. Weather channel was only in Spanish. The jacuzzis water didnt get very hot and drawers for the dresser wouldnt remain shut.

Negatives: The hotel was dirty. The halls, doors walls etc. The hotel room was not clean. The floors in the bathroom and the foyer in the bedroom were not clean or wiped down. Our bed had some sort of straight dark hair on the pillow cases and top of bed as well as in the bathroom on the walls. There was no exhaust fan (or 1 that worked). When we arrived to our room, there was a strong perfume smell in the room and back hallway. There was a glade plug in in the corner of our room. Never saw that before. The temp was on 68 degrees. The 1st night was okay. The 2nd night, we turned the air conditioner up to 72 because it was very cold and not very warm outside. We began to smell a musty odor but couldn't fight where it was coming from. We thought it could've been from the shower because there was no exhaust fan running or to run while showering or it was because of all the rain and there was water sitting somewhere. It kind of subsided. The next day, we got up and could smell a moldy, musty odor in the bathroom and foyer area. We left and came back, and it was 10 times stronger than before we left. It was very hard to breathe that night, and we decided to check out early Saturday morning. I don't think that this problem was something new, I think the plug-ins were put there to try and mask the smell. The ice machine was gross with slime and sludge inside of it that we didn't even want to use ice ..we bought a cooler feom walmart and stored water in it....I'm total we paid almost 450.00 to stay 3 nights. Was it worth the stay.....NO!.... Hopefully, the other guest had better luck than we did. We will not be returning to this establishment, nor will we recommend this.

Negatives: Room had a leak under the carpet reported 3 times and there was a bad odor in the bathroom, I think it was from the sink. Reported when we left.
