Well for starter, I booked an room with a king size they gave me a queen size, hotel had a smell of dew, restroom was not clean, and the breakfast well they only had waffles, I expected better with lot of 5 star rating.
Negatives:
The pool did not work at all had. It had no water in it, which should be mentioned before upon booking. The property asked for a deposit once I arrived which was not mentioned when I booked it. The staff member at the counter was rude and honestly I wasnt able to cancel because I would get charged anyway. So No I did not enjoy my stay. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again!

The manager cancelled my stay with out informing me I book The room for immediate occupancy at that time of the night was told I had to come back at 3:00 to check in I called and found out that they had canceled my reservation but yet they still kept my payment I wrote them a note I would not be in town at 3:00 or but I was in town at 3:00 and I was there between 3:00 and 4:00 and I had been denied reservation and denied my currency back

These people are clearly racist and their attitude and clearly thieves I would like my money back and I will not ever ever ugly way in which this group of people run their business I am a member at a genius level therefore I think that carries a little sincerity and how serious it is for me to be given such a review

Easy access from Interstate. Close to downtown. Close to eating options. Close to movie theater.
Negatives:
Skimpy breakfast. Laundry out of service. Pool out of service. Very poor view out of room.

Adequate, but not a preferred spot for a second stay.

Fast and easy check in. Associate was pleasant and gave all the information we needed. Plenty of parking.
Negatives:
Snacks are highly priced; $3 for a canned soda, bag of chips $2. Variety not very inviting. They only took a card for these items and had to spend a minimum of $15.

Did not stay, went for the pool and it was full of algae and dirty. Property staff was rude and refused to give a refund.
