Only the location.
Negatives:
They did night housekeeping at 2 am. It was loud and woke me up. The staff just said they do that 24/7 because they have railroad workers coming in and out. I will just stay in Bryan when Im in the area for work from now on so I can get some sleep. Also, theres not anywhere decent around there to eat or do, so its probably for the best.

The room was nice and comfortable.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived after check in time. Room key didn't work later that evening. Then a staff member tried to come in room the next morning around 9am checking to see the status of the room because it wasn't clarified in the system whether it was occupied or not. I was very disappointed in the overall stay. I was told it was mainly railroad workers staying there.

Booked room, arrived late after concert at 2am and was told we didnt get a room, was called a no show and had no availability. Had to drive 2 hours to Bastrop to find a room, finally checked in at 4:30am. Staff was unaffected by my dilemma.
Staff had her small child at work, awake at 2am.

Old plumbing, which was very loud. Killed a few small roaches in the bathroom
