Negatives: Quality of the room. No blanket.

Negatives: The wi fi was very hit-and-miss during my entire stay and not reliable. When arriving in my room, the bed was bare, there was no toilet paper, and only one towel, so I had to approach staff to obtain items to complete my room.

Negatives: Compulsory debit/credit card deposit after full payment.

Negatives: In both rooms there were roaches, no towels in one room, one bed was missing the blanket on the bed called for another blanket to which they replied they had run out of blankets, air conditioner in one room didn't work well it was hot in the room from the time we checked in until we left in the morning

Negatives: Nothing not to like. Just what you make it.

Negatives: Heat/AC didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work. Kinda short on towels No washcloths

Negatives: Oy. From the moment we stepped in and smelled the pungent odor of bad weed wash over the lobby, we probably should have just canceled and rebooked. Our room was missing several fundamentals: towels (literally had zero towels), blankets, pillows, shampoo, soap (INCLUDING HAND SOAP!), conditioner. Called down to the office and they said they were out of everything until the next day except towels; and even then we only got one set for two people and had to go back the next day for a second set. The room itself was less than stellar condition, especially the bathroom: the bathroom door did not shut and the shower faucet and handle felt like they were about to come apart. Perhaps the biggest red flag was that the elevator was out of order during our stay; annoying, and since neither of us have mobility issues so we managed, but the hotel really should have reached out to guests before arrival to allow older folks/ people with injuries to cancel or rebook.
