Old historical building with beautiful decor in the lobby and amenities. Good location. VERY secure, you can’t use the elevator without your key. I felt safe. There was ease of use with everything being done with the website or app or etc. you barely have to interact with anyone. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! More comfortable than most hotels. The AC worked wonderfully. Shower had amazing water pressure and stayed hot. Late checkout at 12:30! I LOVED that!
Negatives:
The rooms are very dated. Carpets need replacing, room lighting needs to be redone, no dresser, no fridge, no microwave. Toilet was running at an annoying trickle, pipes make noises. The coffee maker was broken, hairdryer was broken. No airflow in the bathroom. Curtains don’t fully black-out the room.
