The rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable

The restroom the water was not hot enough someone left a towel from the previous people and the pool was having maintenance

The front of the hotel looked super nice but once you checked in and went to your room it’s a different story.

The rooms need a upgrade the phones and smoke detectors were old the looks on the room looked flimsy the restroom was hot and the AC felt muggy my bed had hairs like from the previous person staying there

The king size bed was very comfortable and slept well.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the fact that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the regular rooms. My other family booked a suite and had all the amenities and we paid the same price. We had to fix the running toilet. The chain needs to be replaced! We couldn’t turn on any heat it was a little chilly that night so we just dealt with it. Only one elevator worked.

They were very close to event we attended, plenty of restaurants to choose from as well
The hotels air conditioner was very good and I loved the big bed
Negatives:
They sold parking for the event to people who didn't stay at the hotel which made for a long wait to park, parking was not included in our hotel stay so had to pay for that separately
