Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I do not expect for 3 stars class hotel. The building was kinda old and not maintained well, Soap was hard and seemed has be recycled many times

Nothing at all, Ive stayed here for over tonight and in the contract there is a promised breakfast and there is a sign at the front that says breakfast will not be available for a while, I had to ask every night for an extra pillow, and I finally got one

It says it is a smoke-free hotel. I am allergic to smoke tobacco and it smells nothing like smoke when you walk in, this was an awful experience.

I visited at 3:30pm, and room was not ready and asked me to wait for next 30mins (no place to wait or Sit). After I asked for any other room availability, they provided king room( I booked for queen room). Finally while checking out they provided 10% discount for that.
No Tooth Paste, Brush or Razor. I believe the hotel should have minimum of this, I need to get from outside shop in the morning. Thats the frustration

The location of the hotel was perfect for my visit. I did not pay attention to the location until after I booked it and it was exactly where I needed it to be.
Negatives:
As much as I loved the location the one thing I didn't really like about the hotel was the location. It was a little annoying that it is essentially on a one way street. That meant having to circle the block to get in. Also the breakfast was a total joke.

The area or this building isn't safe the security sucks .
Upon arrival a guy who wasn't a resident pulled a gun on me and after police came out and searched for him unsuccessfully he managed to come back into the building 3 more time and harassed me even sat in front of the lobby and smoked a cigarette and staff only said call police again.
