Negatives: The room was not properly cleaned. There were roaches in the bathroom and the water didnt get hot in the shower. The elevator was down for most of our visit. The staff were Okay. The gab and go breakfast was disappointing.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: One reason I booked hotel was a grab and go breakfast since I had a fasting blood test at 8am. Health department had shut brekafast AND COFFEE DOWN the day before and front desk did not offer anything in place of breakfast or even apologize.

Negatives: Elevator not working and having to carry ice chest with groceries and suitcases up the stairs in numerous trips. Ice machine broken.

Positives: Location was outstanding. Free parking was a major plus. Nice accessibility to workout facility and laundry.

Negatives: Facility and room were in disrepair. Toilet did not function properly. Shower did not function at all. Bathtub with residue on it. Bathtub drained slowly. Room smelled musty. Only ice machine on first floor (my room was on third floor) was out of order.

Positives: This place was incredibly gross. The floor was sticky. The carpet was duct taped down. The ac barely worked. The wall in the bathroom had masking tape on it. Everything was awful. Do not stay here. You will hate it. The breakfast was a joke as well. There was trash outside.
