The staff was so friendly and very helpful with our stay. Honestly each one of them we interacted with was such a joy and very helpful! This location is very convenient to for anything downtown
Negatives:
Our room was pretty dirty when we arrived, there was a liquor bottle under the bed and what looked to be a red syrupy stain all over the bed cover that hangs to the ground. The bathroom had some weird stains and the floor boards were coming up in some areas. Another note that is by no means the fault of the staff just a jarring sight is the 3rd floor is covered with fans and tarps since they just had a fire in the hall way.

The hotel was dirty, the toilet in the room would not flush upon arrival, needs major updating, the pictures on the site look NOTHING like the actual rooms (run down and broken cabinets), the vending machine took $10 out of my acct but the motor mechanism so did not receive product.

Old, hair (that looked like pubic hair) on sink and bed. Construction worker was up at 8 am drilling when we were trying to sleep then set off the smoke alarm trying to smoke weed in the hotel.
