Negatives: Where do I begin? The level of service and cleanliness at the Four Seasons hotel in Houston did not meet my expectations. Despite contacting them in advance with a few straightforward requests, they were unfortunately not fulfilled. Additionally, cleanliness in the common areas was an absolute nightmare.
