1)No room service, 2) The fryer was out in the kitchen so meals were limited we had 2 order out. 3) The manager at the time when I questioned her about room service was rude and gave me the "you can good ahead and look at your phone" waving me the NU Uh finger...she should be terminated.

I liked the hotel was just a ten minute walk to Minute Maid Baseball Park. Also a number of bars and restaurants were close by. The metro rail was also close by. Was able to walk to get to many locations.
Negatives:
Paid more for the special king room. I had requested a room on a higher level. Got a room on mid level with a view of a brick wall.
